Terms of Trade – Lakeside Terraces
- General Information
Lakeside Terraces is a private park-over property for self-contained motorhomes and caravans only.
By making a booking and staying on the property, guests agree to comply with these Terms of Trade to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made through our online booking system via our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.
- Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details and access information.
- Only guests with a valid booking and payment confirmation are permitted on the property.
- Gate Access & Security
- Your confirmation email will include the current gate access code.
- Gate codes are updated regularly at random for security purposes.
- Gate codes must not be shared with any other person or vehicle.
- Lakeside Terraces conducts random onsite security checks to ensure all guests have valid bookings and payments.
- Any unauthorised access or misuse of gate codes may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
- Self-Contained Vehicle Requirements
- Only certified self-contained vehicles (with toilet and waste storage) are permitted.
- Guests must comply with all local waste disposal regulations.
- Site Rules and Code of Conduct
- Please respect other guests at all times — no excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.
- Open fires are strictly prohibited. Gas cookers and BBQs are permitted if used safely.
- Pets are welcome but must be kept under control and cleaned up after.
- Guests must remove all rubbish upon departure.
- Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in is available any time after 9:00am.
- Check-out is 2:00pm on the day of departure.
- All gates must be closed and secured after each use.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before arrival are eligible for a refund, less a 2.5% booking fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or for early departures.
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
- Liability and Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or facilities.
- Lakeside Terraces is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your stay.
- Health and Safety
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
- Any hazards, incidents, or accidents must be reported immediately.
- Privacy
- Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
- Amendments
Lakeside Terraces reserves the right to update these Terms of Trade at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and take immediate effect.
